TC10 titanium alloy is widely used in offshore oil extraction and humid environments due to its excellent corrosion resistance and good comprehensive performance, with broad market prospects. 然而, due to the narrow forging temperature of titanium alloy, the deformation is difficult to control. The influence of different forging processes on the microstructure and properties of T C10 titanium alloy was studied. After the ingot was opened in the β phase region, process A and process B were performed for intermediate forging. Samples were taken from each process for metallographic structure analysis, and the mechanical properties of the finished rod were analyzed. The results showed that the samples with more upsetting and drawing times and larger forging ratios had a more uniform and fine metallographic structure, lower anisotropy of properties, and higher strength of the rod.
