Turning machining:

YG3 is selected for fine turning, with a speed of 60-100m/min, a feed rate of 0.05-0.2mm/r, a back cutting amount of 0.1-0.5mm, and a surface roughness of Ra0.8 μ m!
Milling processing:
For conventional milling, feed the milling cutter with a diameter of 25R3 at a speed of 50-80m/min, with a feed rate of 0.05-0.15mm/z per tooth.
